Fitting a Helmet

when fitting a helmet, extend the helmet as far as you can or slide onto head.

The side of the helmet should fit snug to prevent the helmet rocking side to side. But not be hard to get on or off.

Next slide the helmet back in if extended to achieve a snug fit on the front and back. Again the helmet should not rock Front and back much.

A proper fitting helmet will also sit on the top of the head without a gap.

Special advice: a new helmet is recommended. Second hand helmets have already shaped to the previous users head which will reduce comfort and safety to the new user.
